Geojit Credits Pvt. Ltd. (GCPL) is a Non-Deposit taking Non-banking Finance Company (NBFC – ND) registered with RBI and is a subsidiary of Geojit Financial Services Ltd.
History
GCPL was established in 2005 by taking over the business of the erstwhile A S R Financing & Leasing (P) Limited. The company has been active in meeting the funding needs of participants in the capital and commodity markets.

MR. C J GEORGE
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. C. J. George, financial services industry entrepreneur, is the Founder and Managing Director of Geojit Financial Services Ltd. Mr. George has a Master’s degree in Commerce and has 40 years of professional experience in the securities market. His directorships other than in Geojit group companies include Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (KSIDC), Aster DM Healthcare Ltd. and V-Guard Industries Ltd.
Mr. George has memberships in many professional bodies and is at present a member of: Kerala State Higher Education Council of Government of Kerala; expert committee for designing ESG policies for Government of Kerala; the Managing Committee of the Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), New Delhi; Confederation of Indian Industry’s (CII) National Committee on Financial Markets and KPMG’s Council for Governance and Risk in Financial Services (Board Leadership Centre).
Mr. George is a recipient of the Management Leadership Award of Kerala Management Association and TiE Kerala, Lifetime Achievement Award.
MR. RADHAKRISHNAN NAIR
NON-EXECUTIVE INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Mr. Radhakrishnan Nair was the General Manager of Corporation Bank and has four decades of rich experience in the financial sector. He was the Executive Director at Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) during 2005-10 and a member of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) during 2010-15. He holds directorship in Geojit Financial Services Limited, ICICI Bank Ltd, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd, ICICI Securities Primary Dealership Ltd, Inditrade Capital Limited among other Companies.
MS. VIMALA JOSE
NON-EXECUTIVE INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Ms. Vimala Jose has three decades of rich experience in the financial services sector. Ms. Vimala started as Manager-Depository Services with Geojit Financial Services Limited (GFSL) in the year 1996 and rose to General Manager – Risk Management & Depository Services in the year 2004. Before re-joining GFSL in the year 2012, she has worked with Barjeel Geojit Securities LLC, UAE (2002-2006), Lucros Capital Advisors Ltd, UAE (2006-2009) and EFG –Hermes UAE Ltd (2009-2012). Ms. Vimala retired as the Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer of Geojit Financial Services Limited (GFSL) in the year 2019.
During her 30 years of service, she has independently established and managed the depository services of Geojit Financial Services Limited, initiated, evolved and maintained policies and procedures to give effect to the Compliance Program and took care of compliance requirements, developed an effective compliance training program for new as well as existing employees among other responsibilities.
MR. K ARAVINDAKSHAN
NOMINEE DIRECTOR
Mr. K Aravindakshan, Nominee Director of KSIDC Ltd is working as Chief Financial Officer at KSIDC. He has been with KSIDC for more than 20 years and has rich experience in Project Finance, Investment promotion, Venture Capital and Infrastructure development. He is an Associate Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India, qualified in 1993. He has a master’s degree in Commerce with specialization in Financial Management. His career started with Malabar Cements Ltd, a leading State PSU in Kerala for about 2 years. He was CEO of Kerala Venture Capital Fund for the period 2007-2011.
